I dreamt of this course when I was pregnant with my first daughter. I craved practices to prepare myself for motherhood. There were countless offerings to prep for birth, but nothing I found prepared me for what came after (aka the greatest transformation of my life), motherhood.
My first postpartum experience challenged me to my core. As I evolved from maiden to mother, I discovered practices that helped me through the powerful portal of motherhood.
These practices have radically changed my motherhood journey. My second daughter was just born, and our postpartum experience was peaceful, blissful and joyous. *sighs*

How It Works
A self-paced course to prepare for motherhood, featuring 9 modules that help you explore your vision for Motherhood. Each video begins with a short discussion and ends with journal exercises for self-reflection. The course includes 4 pre-natal yoga sessions for strength and relaxation. There's also a 42-page journal to track your progress. You can go at your own speed with the pre-recorded videos, whether you prefer to take it slow or watch them all at once.
